Privacy Policy
This policy applies to data processing across the VPNPE marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. Account management, traffic billing, and website analytics serve different purposes and should not be confused with the content users access through the service.
Account Data and Collection Purposes
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password, so email is not a mandatory registration field. Account identifiers and authentication data are used for login, linking subscriptions to the correct account, and protecting account actions. Plan status, order records, and cumulative traffic are used to deliver the service, verify allowances, and handle after-sales support.
When a support ticket is submitted, VPNPE processes the issue description, order information, or screenshots that the user voluntarily provides in order to investigate and respond. Please provide only material relevant to the request, cover sensitive information in screenshots, and do not submit passwords, complete subscription URLs, or unrelated payment credentials.
No-Logs Position and Access Analytics
VPNPE follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription services, or retain browsing content, destinations, or individual connection logs that could be used to reconstruct activity. These logs are not maintained as a retention archive. Cumulative account traffic and subscription validity are billing data and do not include a list of websites visited.
Marketing website analytics are kept separate from subscription network activity. Website statistics help us understand page visits, source categories, device or browser categories, and entry-point clicks so that navigation and explanatory content can be improved. Analytics are not used to reconstruct activity on other websites accessed through a subscription service and should not contain passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and Local Storage
The user panel uses local storage to save login status and interface preferences. Website analytics components may use Cookies to identify visits. The former reduces repeated logins and preserves language choices; the latter analyzes use of the website itself and is not a record of users' cross-border access.
Users can view, restrict, or clear Cookies and site storage in their browser settings. After clearing them, a new login may be required and preferences may reset. Clearing browser data does not automatically close an account, cancel a subscription, or delete server-side orders. When finished on a shared device, users should sign out and clear related site data.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party channels. VPNPE uses the order identifier, amount, payment status, and necessary transaction confirmation details to reconcile payments and deliver the service. Data handled independently by a payment channel is subject to its own privacy rules; please read the applicable information before using it.
VPNPE does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. When information must be provided to fulfill an order, process a refund, or respond to a legally valid request, the scope should be limited to what is necessary for that matter. The way external platforms handle their account data is not replaced by this policy.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while services are provided for the account. Order and payment confirmation records are retained for as long as required for fulfillment, reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable law. Support tickets and access analytics are retained only for as long as needed for support and analysis. Once the processing purpose is fulfilled and retention is no longer necessary, data should be deleted or processed so it can no longer be linked to an individual. This policy does not set an unconfirmed universal retention period.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data, or to close an account, through the support ticket entry. Account ownership must be verified before processing, along with the scope of the requested data. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and later inquiries. Any information that must be retained by law or used for an unresolved dispute should be accompanied by an explanation of the reason and scope. Closing an account is not the same as requesting a refund; see the Terms of Service for refund rules.
Policy Updates and Feedback
When data uses or processing methods change, VPNPE will publish revisions on this page and update the month shown at the top. Significant changes affecting processing purposes or user rights should be highlighted on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable.
Questions about this policy, the scope of data, or deletion results can be submitted through a user panel support ticket with a description of the matters to be checked. Please retain the ticket record so that processing progress can be confirmed.
