Account setup
Use “Free Trial” below to open the VPNPE user panel’s account creation page, then set a username and password as prompted. Account creation does not require an email address. Your username and password are used to log in later, review orders, and access the subscription. Use a unique password and keep it in a trusted password manager; check the fields before submitting so temporary entries do not become your long-term login details.
After submitting, follow the panel’s prompts to open the account page. If the page asks you to log in again, use the details you just set. If the panel is already open, first confirm that the active account is the one you intend to use. This matters especially on shared devices: otherwise, an order may be placed under another account and the subscription may later be missing from your own account.
The expected result is access to the user panel with entries for plans, the account overview, and client downloads. Being able to log in does not mean that a plan is active or that a device is connected. Finish the account setup before reviewing plan rules. The “Free Trial” entry is not expanded here into a specific duration or traffic promise; follow the arrangement shown in the panel.
Choose a plan and confirm the order
Open the plans section in the panel and decide whether you need traffic allocated monthly or a package that lasts until its traffic is used. Do not compare only the total price shown on the page; the two product types follow different rules. Consider whether you will use the service continuously, download files often, or watch video. Review the rules on the plans page first, then return to the panel to confirm the order.
Monthly subscription
¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date rather than uniformly at the start of the calendar month; when upgrading partway through a cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Traffic package
¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. A traffic package lasts until its traffic is used and never expires. It is not a discounted monthly-subscription period and should not be understood as receiving new traffic each month.
After choosing a tier, check the plan name, amount, and billing method again on the order confirmation page, then continue through the panel’s process. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. For payment amounts, recipient details, and instructions, follow the current order page; do not replace the current process with payment details forwarded by someone else.
After payment, return to the panel and check the status. The expected result is a completed order with the corresponding subscription shown in the account overview. If the payment page reports completion but the panel has not synced yet, refresh the order or reopen the overview before checking again; do not submit payment a second time. If the status remains inconsistent, submit the order details through a panel ticket for review.
VPNPE offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for application details. Keeping the order information available before verifying the connection can help with later billing or subscription questions.
Get the subscription from the panel
Once the plan is active, open the account overview and find the subscription controls provided by the panel. The subscription is how a client reads route configuration; it is not an installer or an account password. If the panel offers client-specific import or link-copy options, choose the method that matches the client you plan to use. Do not paste the order details page URL into a client.
If the client is not installed yet, first identify where the subscription entry is, then continue to the next step and install the client before returning to the overview to import it. If the client is already installed, use the panel’s import action. A browser may ask to open a local application; continue only after confirming that the target application is correct. Failure to launch the app does not necessarily mean the subscription is invalid; the system may simply not have associated it with that client.
For a manual import, use the panel’s copy function to obtain the complete subscription link, then paste it into the client. Do not insert line breaks, remove parameters, or append notes to the link. Do not paste it into a regular search box. This guide does not show a real subscription address; obtain the actual link only from the signed-in user panel.
Treat the subscription link as private configuration information. Do not post it in public groups, screenshots, or shared documents. When asking for help, hide the complete link and its identifying parameters. If the overview has no usable subscription control, first confirm that the order is active, then check the current account. Do not look for a so-called universal subscription on an unrelated website.
Import the subscription by device
Log in to the panel’s client download page and get the VPNPE client suited to your operating system, or the compatible client specified by the panel. The client loads the subscription and creates the local connection; the subscription provides the configuration, so both work together. The labels below help you locate each function, but wording may differ by version. If the panel provides dedicated import instructions, follow the instructions for the client you are using.
Windows: import from the subscription or configuration list
Choose the Windows desktop client, install it according to the panel’s instructions, and launch it. Open the client’s “Subscription” or “Configuration” area and look for options such as adding a configuration or importing from a link. Paste in the subscription copied from the panel and save it. If the panel can launch the client directly, you can use that entry and then return to the client to confirm that the new configuration appears.
After saving, wait for the client to load the configuration and use its update function if necessary. The expected result is a route list, not only an empty configuration name. Select the newly imported configuration as the active item, then open the connection page. If the system requests network permission, confirm that the prompt refers to the client you just installed before granting access.
macOS: check permissions before enabling the configuration
Use the macOS desktop client provided by the panel, complete the installation instructions, and open it. First use may involve network extension or VPN configuration permissions. Read the system notice and, after confirming the app’s source and name, allow the required permissions. If System Settings requests further approval, complete it and return to the client to check the result. Do not repeatedly import the same subscription because permission setup is not finished.
Add the link in the client’s configuration management or subscription area, or use the panel’s app import entry. After confirming that the route list loads, select the configuration and open the connection controls. If routes are present but the connection cannot start, check whether permissions are active. For extension-related prompts, continue with the macOS getting-started guide.
Android: confirm the import result and system permission
Open the signed-in client download page, get the Android-compatible client, install it according to the panel’s instructions, and launch it. When using the panel’s one-tap import entry, the system may ask you to choose an app to receive the link; select the client you just prepared. For a manual import, find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or an add entry in the app, then paste the complete link and save the update.
When the route list appears, select the active configuration and connect. The system may show a permission prompt to establish a VPN connection; confirm the app name before continuing. If the connection stops after switching to another app, return to the client to check its status, then review the system’s background-running settings. Do not attribute every access failure directly to the route. For related troubleshooting, see connection and troubleshooting questions.
iOS: get a compatible client as instructed by the panel
Check the iOS client instructions in the panel and prepare a compatible client through the App Store method it provides. App Store availability, account region, and the target app’s own rules all matter. A VPNPE subscription and App Store account eligibility are separate matters; this page does not provide a direct installer link or promise that the target app is available in every account region.
After installation, use the import method supported by the panel, or add the link in the client’s configuration or subscription area. After a successful import, check that routes appear, then connect and follow the system prompt to add the VPN configuration. If the system requests device identity confirmation, complete it in the system interface. Do not enter device unlock information into the subscription link field.
VPNPE also supports Linux. See the corresponding panel instructions for installation and import. The service supports unlimited devices, but each device still needs its own client setup, subscription import, and connection check; a successful import on one computer does not configure other devices automatically.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Choose an exit region from the loaded route list. First check whether the target website or app has a specific regional requirement, then begin with a route that matches it. Do not treat geographic distance or a route name as proof of platform availability. VPNPE covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes; the currently selectable routes are shown in the panel and updated client configuration. See the routes page for route-selection guidance.
Connect in the client and confirm that the status changes from disconnected to connecting or connected. Watch for permission errors. Then open a browser and visit the website you need. First check whether the page loads normally, then try signing in or using the target function. A connection indicator only shows that the local connection configuration is enabled; access to the target page still needs to be checked in practice.
If the client offers rule mode, a system proxy, or another traffic-handling mode, use the panel’s recommended configuration for first use instead of changing several network settings at once. Some apps may not follow the system proxy. If the browser works but an app does not, check whether that app uses the current connection. Also avoid having other network proxy tools handle traffic at the same time, or it may be unclear which settings are active.
Separate the results during verification: if the client is not connected, check permissions and connection prompts first; if the subscription has no routes, return to the subscription update step; if the page opens but shows a region, account, or payment notice, review the target platform’s rules. Network connectivity does not equal platform eligibility and does not guarantee a streaming catalog or video quality. For streaming-related checks, continue to the streaming guide; reinstalling the client repeatedly will not resolve a platform notice.
If it still does not work, record the operating system, the error text shown by the client, the route name, and the step where the issue occurred. First look for the same symptom in the FAQ. For further help, log in to the panel and submit a ticket, noting whether ordinary websites and the target service behave differently. Before submitting screenshots, hide passwords, the complete subscription link, and private information; these should not be shared as public troubleshooting material.
Once routes are loaded, the client is connected, and the target page completes the expected action, first use is complete. Keep the working configuration and update the subscription as needed. If you change devices or reinstall the client, return to the panel to get the subscription and import it again; do not rely on a link saved in an old screenshot.
