Subscriptions and Connection Issues
First identify which stage the problem occurs in, then open the relevant answer. Check account status in the user panel; troubleshoot client issues in import and connection order; verify platform regional restrictions separately.
First-time users can read the setup guide; for connection issues after basic troubleshooting, include the error message when submitting a user-panel ticket.
Account & Subscription
The account confirms your identity; the subscription delivers configuration. Check each status separately when switching devices, updating configuration or changing plans.
Do I need an email address to create an account? How should I store my account details?
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. After entering the user panel, follow the on-screen instructions and store both securely. A trusted password manager is recommended, and passwords should not be reused on other sites. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Check subscription availability, client download eligibility and order results separately in the panel. Before switching browsers or devices, make sure your login details are saved rather than relying on a browser session. If you cannot log in, check your input method, capitalization and saved username first, then use the site support entry for assistance. Never send your password or full subscription link to anyone else.
Where can I get the client? Does logging in guarantee access to the installer?
You must sign in to the user panel to download the client and obtain a subscription. Eligibility for the official installer follows the panel rules. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Open the download entry and choose the method provided for your device’s operating system; do not use an installer made for another platform. A successful login confirms your account identity but does not mean every delivery entry is available. If the download entry is unavailable, check the plan status and on-page instructions, then confirm that you are using the account with the subscription. After installation, import the subscription and choose a route; see the setup guide for the recommended order.
Do I need to buy another plan when switching devices? Can I use it on different devices?
VPNPE has no device limit, so switching devices does not require choosing another plan. The new device still needs the appropriate client. Sign in with the account that holds the subscription and import it as instructed in the panel; local settings from the old device will not appear automatically. After importing, check the subscription name, route list and selected route, then verify actual access. An unlimited number of devices is separate from the traffic allowance and does not mean unlimited traffic. Check the remaining traffic and plan status shown in the panel. Before retiring, transferring or repairing an old device, sign out and remove its subscription configuration so the details are not left on the device.
How do I update a subscription link? Do I need to import it again after a plan change?
Sign in to the user panel and confirm that the plan is active. Then open the client’s subscription or configuration manager, find the subscription in use and run an update. Updating retrieves the route configuration again; it is not a renewal and does not replace checking the order status. If old content still appears, check whether another configuration is selected and review the last update result. The panel is authoritative for remaining traffic and validity after a plan change. If the subscription address in the panel has changed, import it again from the panel and remove the old configuration. Do not paste subscription links into public chats, online conversion tools or support-ticket screenshots. When copying, avoid including spaces, quotation marks or line breaks.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Check the local network, subscription configuration, client traffic handling and target platform in that order, keeping the results before and after each change.
What should I check first if subscription import fails or the route list is empty?
Return to the user panel and confirm that you are signed in to the correct account and that the subscription is available, then obtain the import entry again from the panel. When copying, paste the complete address without the surrounding instructions, and do not enter the subscription address in a standard server-address field. Check that the client is using subscription import rather than manual route addition; configuration formats vary by client, so use the method provided by the panel. If the configuration cannot be retrieved, first confirm that the device can access the user panel, then determine whether the error is a failed network request or a configuration parsing failure. Check the local network for the former and the import method and client for the latter. When submitting a ticket, keep the error text but mask the full subscription address.
Why can a browser access the web while a particular app still cannot use the proxy?
Normal browser access only shows that the browser’s path works; it does not prove that every app uses the same network settings. Check the client’s current mode, routing rules and app exclusions first, and confirm that the target app is not set to direct access. Then check whether the operating system allows the client to establish network connections and whether another proxy tool is also controlling the network. Some apps do not use the system proxy directly, so check app traffic handling using the method provided by the current client instead of copying switch names from other software. After changing settings, fully quit and reopen the target app, then compare the client’s connection log to see whether requests use the expected route. If the request reaches the target platform but is rejected, investigate account or regional rules.
The client says it is connected, but webpages will not open. How can I locate the fault?
Connected status usually reflects only the client’s connection state; it does not mean every website request succeeded. Record the current route and error message, pause the client, and check whether the local network can reach sites that normally work. If the local network is also failing, address the network connection first. Resume the client and try several target sites to determine whether the failure is widespread or limited to one platform. Then check remaining subscription traffic, route selection, system time and client permissions, and if necessary compare another route in the same region. Change only one setting at a time and keep before-and-after results so you can identify the cause. For device network changes, record the original values first so they can be restored.
What information should I include in a ticket if troubleshooting does not help?
Sign in to the user panel and use the ticket entry to provide the operating system, client name, time of the issue, selected route, target website or app, and the complete error text. Explain what you did before the issue, what you expected to see and what actually happened. Mention whether you updated the subscription, changed routes or compared another local network. This helps distinguish import, connection, app-access and order-status issues. Screenshots should show only areas relevant to the fault. Mask passwords, subscription links, sensitive payment details and unrelated personal content. Do not send your account password instead of troubleshooting information; add later results to the same ticket to keep the context together.
Speed & Routes
Route coverage, current transfer performance and target-platform rules are separate types of information. Choose routes around the task you need to perform, not just the region name.
Which regions do the routes cover? Should I choose by distance or by the target service?
VPNPE covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes. The specific regions, cities and route types available are shown in the user panel. First check which regions the target service allows, then compare actual access performance among eligible exits. A shorter geographic distance does not always mean a smoother end-to-end path; inter-network routing, local access and the target server’s response all matter. Use your real task—such as webpage loading, file transfer or continuous playback—as the benchmark rather than relying only on a route name. If you need a consistent regional work environment, keep the exit region reasonably consistent when available to avoid frequent regional changes affecting the platform’s account-security checks.
What can I do about peak-hour slowdowns? Will changing plans fix them?
First determine whether the slowdown appears only at a certain time, on one route or in one app. Then check whether the local network is handling downloads, cloud sync or other sustained transfers. Pause those tasks and compare the same content on other routes in the same region to see whether loading and continued use improve. If possible, try another local network to rule out the access connection. A plan’s traffic allowance and current transfer quality are different measures, so upgrading is not a guaranteed fix for peak-hour slowdowns. If the issue remains after changing routes, record the time, route name and affected task and submit them in a ticket. Do not assume a brief recovery means the issue is resolved; continue observing the task over time.
Why do AI Tools or Streaming still show regional restrictions after a successful connection?
Network connectivity and platform eligibility are separate conditions. AI Tools and Streaming services may assess the exit region, account region, payment details, current session and address reputation. A successful connection does not guarantee access to every feature or piece of content. Read the target platform’s stated reason and regional requirements, then check whether the current exit meets them and whether the app still retains its previous session. Do not repeatedly switch regions at random or assume that changing routes can alter account eligibility. For Streaming, also check content licensing regions, the platform plan and device capabilities. Playback and access outcomes follow the target platform’s current rules.
How does military-grade encryption affect access speed, and what else should I keep in mind?
VPNPE describes its security with the term military-grade encryption, but encryption and access speed should be evaluated separately. That wording alone cannot predict how quickly a particular app will load. Actual performance is also affected by the local network, route path, device condition and target service response. Troubleshoot these factors one at a time instead of casually disabling device security settings. Encryption does not replace account protection: store login details and subscription addresses securely, verify download sources and handle authorization prompts on unfamiliar pages with care. Target websites still process account and business data under their own rules. Read the privacy policy for information-handling practices and the target platform’s terms for access permissions or content eligibility.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions manage traffic by cycle; traffic packages use a fixed allowance. Verify payment, plan activation and refund requests against their respective records.
What monthly plans are available? How are traffic resets and mid-cycle upgrades calculated?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and the mid-cycle upgrade difference is calculated against the remaining days. Check the current plan, reset details and remaining traffic in the panel; the start of a calendar month is not a universal reset date. Review the change shown in the panel before upgrading, and do not calculate the difference yourself as extra traffic or a full new cycle. Choose a tier based on your usage frequency and actual consumption. If the main issue is connection failure or peak-hour slowdown, troubleshoot the network first rather than simply adding traffic. After the order is completed, verify the plan status instead of treating the payment-page redirect as proof that the plan is active.
What is the difference between a traffic package and a monthly subscription? Do traffic packages expire?
Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. The difference from a monthly subscription is how traffic is handled: a monthly subscription resets each month on its activation date, while a traffic package uses the selected allowance until it runs out. It does not replenish the same amount every month. Before choosing, consider whether your use is continuous and whether periodic traffic management suits you, then compare the product details on the plans page. Never-expiring describes the package’s validity rule, not unlimited traffic. If the account already has another product, check the panel’s explanation of how products and changes interact before making changes. Do not assume allowances will automatically stack or know the deduction order; ask through a ticket if unclear.
Which payment methods are supported? What should I do if I paid but the plan has not changed?
Supported methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Complete payment through the order entry in the user panel, following the page instructions, and verify the plan and amount linked to the order. After payment, return to the panel and check both the order status and account plan status. If they are not synchronized, confirm that you are signed in to the same account used to create the order and verify that payment actually completed. Do not judge the result solely by whether the payment page closed, and avoid repeatedly creating and paying the same order while the status is unclear. If the discrepancy remains, provide the order details, payment method and time through a ticket, adding a payment receipt with sensitive information masked if needed. The panel record and ticket response determine the order outcome; this page does not promise a settlement time.
How do I request a 7-day no-questions-asked refund? What should I prepare?
VPNPE offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for the complete conditions. Sign in to the account used for payment, open a ticket through the user panel, clearly state the refund request and provide the relevant order details so the transaction can be verified. A no-questions-asked refund does not require network troubleshooting results as the reason. If you also need help with a service issue, describe it separately while keeping the refund request clear. Before submitting, confirm that the order belongs to the current account instead of providing screenshots that cannot be matched to a transaction. Check replies and processing status in the same ticket. Do not treat ticket submission as proof that funds have been returned, and never give passwords or subscription addresses to unknown contacts outside the site. This page does not promise a processing time beyond the stated facts.
