Cross-border access, configured for your needs

Before choosing a plan, identify the services you need to access, your usual devices, and how often you use them. The notes below separate network connection, account eligibility, and subscription rules to help you choose the right setup instead of deciding only by region name or price.

Route selection for peak hours

The cross-border access experience depends on the local network, exit route, and destination service. Check which regions the service allows, then choose from eligible routes; geographic proximity is a useful starting point, not a substitute for testing. If loading slows during peak hours, pause background downloads, check the local network, and try another route in the same region. Keep the device, app, and content consistent when comparing results, and watch both page loading and task completion. Avoid switching regions repeatedly and attributing every change to route speed.

Read the route selection guide and organize your regular use cases alongside backup routes for easier troubleshooting later.

Privacy and security settings

VPNPE provides military-grade encryption. You should still distinguish connection protection, device permissions, and destination-site account security: grant the client only the network access needed for the current task, and keep site accounts protected separately. Subscription details are for client configuration and should not appear in public screenshots, forums, or shared documents. When troubleshooting, keep the error message, hide account credentials and subscription content, and submit the details through the user panel. Encrypted connections do not replace judgment about pages, downloads, or sign-in prompts, and they do not change the destination platform’s rules.

Read the Privacy Policy for information about this service; start with the beginner guide when checking installation permissions.

Multiple-device client setup

VPNPE supports unlimited devices, making it suitable for work and access tasks across your usual computer and other devices. Device count and plan data are separate concepts, so consider every device’s needs when choosing a plan. Each device needs the client for its platform, plus subscription import and permission checks. We recommend verifying the connection on your primary device first, then configuring the others in sequence. This makes it easier to tell whether an issue comes from subscription status, platform settings, or the local network without changing every device at once.

Platform support does not mean every system interface is identical. Follow the platform-specific guide provided in the panel instead of applying steps from another system directly.

AI Tools access and acceleration

When using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude, first check the platform’s supported regions and account eligibility, then choose the appropriate exit route. A webpage opening does not mean requests inside the editor use the same connection. If conversations work but tool calls fail, check the app’s network settings and error details separately. Cross-border network acceleration addresses the connection path; it cannot replace the destination platform’s subscription, quotas, or account review. Once the setup is stable, keeping the environment consistent makes anomalies easier to diagnose than repeatedly switching regions.

Read about Claude region checks and route selection, reviewing network, account, and platform rules separately.

Streaming access and picture quality

Streaming catalogs and playback permissions may depend on the exit region, account region, content licensing, and platform plan at the same time. Before choosing a route, confirm that the content is available in the relevant region and that the account has the required quality access. Opening the homepage does not mean a title will play, and playback does not mean quality is stable. During testing, continue watching buffering and quality changes, and check the device, playback app, and local network. Streaming access is not a fixed account permission; recheck when platform detection or content licensing changes.

Read the streaming guide to understand the relationship between region checks, playback errors, and viewing needs.

Test according to the platform’s rulesDo not substitute a region name for playback testing

Billing options and refunds

Regular use and occasional access call for different billing approaches. Monthly plans make it easier to allocate data by month, while data packages suit irregular usage. Compare them against your actual workload rather than treating one as a promotional period of the other. VPNPE provides a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Before paying, review the plan details and terms to confirm billing rules. To request a refund, describe the relevant order and request through a user-panel ticket. You may also attach connection errors so support can distinguish setup assistance from a refund request.

Monthly plan

Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into the remaining days. Check your current usage before choosing a tier.

Data package

Use it until the data runs out; it never expires. Suitable for users whose access needs are irregular and who do not want to allocate data monthly.

Regions and routes

Popular regions and route preview

VPNPE covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes. The table below shows entry points in popular regions and does not promise specific cities, dedicated route types, or streaming support based on regional coverage. Check available cities, route types, and current service status in the user panel.

Check the destination service’s regional requirements first, then choose the corresponding route in the panel.

Choose a region for the task

For tools with regional requirements, confirm service eligibility first, then compare candidate routes. For general research, start by testing a familiar region. Do not infer exit properties from a place name alone or treat one successful playback as proof that all content is accessible. Saving verified conditions is more useful than collecting many untested region names.

Record the symptoms clearly

When troubleshooting, record the time, platform, selected region, and exact error message. A failed page load, rejected sign-in, and video buffering may be different problems. Keep this information before changing routes, then compare the results; if the task still cannot be completed, submit a ticket. For screenshots containing personal information, hide credentials and subscription details first.

Route status reference

Displayed data is for route selection reference only and does not represent the actual experience from your device to the destination service. Verify in your own network environment.

From panel delivery to device setup

Client and subscription access

Sign in to the user panel to access both the client and subscription. Eligibility for the genuine installer follows the user panel rules, with an entry point provided for each device platform. The “Get the client” button opens the panel; it is not a direct installer link. Obtain the subscription after signing in and keep it secure.

Installation, import, and connection are separate steps

Sign in to the panel and confirm your account and subscription status first, then open the client entry and follow the guide for your device. After installation, return to the panel to get the subscription and import it into the client. Once the route list appears, choose a region that fits your access needs, enable the connection, and verify the destination service. Installation alone without subscription import, or a successful import without an active connection, does not mean the service is ready to use.

When the system shows a network-permission prompt, first check that it was triggered by the client you are configuring. If import fails, check that the content was copied in full, the client matches, and the subscription is active. Do not paste a subscription on a public page for help. If routes appear but the target app remains inaccessible, check that the connection is enabled and that the app is using the expected network configuration.

Monthly plans and data packages

Choose a billing method based on your usage habits, then choose a data tier. Everyday browsing, document collaboration, and long video sessions have different data needs; consider this together with multi-device use. The scenarios below help with evaluation and do not guarantee how much work you can complete each month.

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9/month

Suitable for users focused on research, document access, and light work who are comfortable planning usage around actual consumption.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund
Choose this plan

Track the data used by your regular tasks first, then decide whether the tier fits.

250GB monthly plan

¥18/month

Suitable for users who regularly use cross-border tools, access audio or video, or run multi-device tasks and need more monthly data.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund
Choose this plan

Judge it by usage frequency and content type, not device count alone.

500GB monthly plan

¥28/month

Suitable for users with higher data needs who often handle large content or watch video and want more monthly headroom.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund
Choose this plan

A larger data allowance does not mean destination-platform access or a guaranteed fixed speed.

Monthly plan rules: Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into the remaining days. Check the current plan and balance in the panel before scheduling use or upgrading; do not interpret the activation-date reset as a calendar-month reset.

Irregular use: consider a data package

Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. If your access needs are concentrated around certain tasks or periods, choose based on expected usage. Packages follow different rules from monthly-reset plans and should be compared separately rather than treated as an extension of a monthly plan.

Payment and order confirmation

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. After entering the user panel, confirm the selected product, price, and payment method, then follow the on-screen steps. Confirm the order and subscription status after payment. If the status is unclear, do not repeatedly create orders; keep the payment record and check through a ticket.

Common questions before and after setup

Account, connection, and billing Q&A

First identify where the issue occurs: account access, order activation, subscription import, or destination-service access. Each step requires different information, and checking in order is easier than changing every setting at once.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure, and distinguish your VPNPE panel account from accounts on destination websites. If you already have an account, use the sign-in entry in the navigation to open the panel and review subscriptions and orders; changing devices does not automatically require a new account. For sign-in problems, check the entered details and current access point first, then review the account guidance in the help center.

Why do I need to import a subscription after getting the client?

The client reads configuration and establishes the connection, while the subscription provides the configuration associated with your account; they are separate steps. Sign-in is required to access the client and subscription, and installer eligibility follows the user panel rules. After installation, get the subscription, import it into the client, and choose a route. Once imported, the relevant configuration should appear; enable the connection and verify the destination service. Do not judge that the network is active solely from an installation-complete message.

Why can’t I use AI tools or streaming after connecting successfully?

First distinguish a network error from a platform-eligibility message. If the platform explicitly identifies an account, region, or plan issue, check its rules first; a successful connection does not automatically change account permissions. If the symptom is a loading failure, check whether the app uses the expected connection, then try another route in the same region. Keep the original error and avoid switching regions continuously, which can remove useful troubleshooting evidence. If you need help, submit the device platform, region used, and a redacted error screenshot.

Does unlimited device support also mean unlimited data?

No. Device count and product data are separate: VPNPE supports unlimited devices, while monthly plans and data packages each have a data allowance. Consider the data used by regular tasks before configuring multiple devices. Monthly-plan data resets on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Unlimited devices does not mean every device receives a separate allowance, nor does it remove the data used by video or downloads.

How do I handle an order question or request a refund?

VPNPE provides a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Check the relevant order in the panel first, then use a ticket to describe the order question or refund request; see the terms of service for application details. If the payment record and page status differ, keep the payment result and avoid submitting the same order repeatedly. Do not disclose your account password or complete subscription content; provide the order, what happened, and what you would like resolved.

User notes

Route selection criteria and usage notes

Understand network configuration through specific tasks: AI tools depend on region checks and account continuity; plan comparisons depend on verifiable prices and rules; streaming requires checking bandwidth, devices, and platform permissions together. Separate public information, operating advice, and verified results, and do not treat selection guidance as a guarantee for every environment.
